The Ram 1500 REV is Ram's first-ever all-electric pickup truck. The REV's wheels are powered by a pair of electric drive modules (EDMs) - one on each axle - which are powered by a 168-kilowatt-hour (kWh) battery pack that gets up to 350 miles of range under normal driving conditions. Meanwhile, a larger 229-kWh battery pack is optional, offering a driving range of up to 500 miles. This powertrain provides the REV with an exciting 645 horsepower and 620 lb-ft of instantaneous torque. This power translates into a 0-60 time of just 4.4 seconds, a 2,625-pound payload capacity, and a whopping 14,000 pounds of towing capacity. The REV's battery can be recharged by a Level 1, Level 2, or Level 3 EV charger. The REV features an exclusive design made to look more modern, with a closed-off grille flanked by reshaped headlights with bright LED lighting. The headlight housings are outlined by LED daytime running lights with a 'tuning fork' shape. At the center of the grille is an LED-illuminated 'RAM' logo with an updated font for a modernized look. With the absence of an internal combustion engine, lifting the hood uncovers a front trunk, commonly referred to as a 'frunk' in the EV community. The REV's frunk provides a best-in-class cargo space of 15 cubic feet and features an all-weather lining and a power-remote release. Meanwhile, the size, shape, and cabin are similar to those of the traditional Ram 1500.

The 2025 Ram 1500 Ramcharger is Ram's first plug-in hybrid electric vehicle. The Ramcharger's power begins with the famed Pentastar engine, a 3.6L V6 engine. Instead of using this to power the wheels, the Ramcharger uses it as a gas-powered generator to power the battery pack, which powers the electric drive modules found on each axle. With no mechanical linkage between the engine and the wheels, the Ramcharger achieves maximum fuel efficiency. The Pentastar engine is accompanied by a 130-kilowatt onboard generator that translates the engine's mechanical power into electricity and sends it to the battery, which then delivers the power to the 250-kW front and 238-kW rear EDMs. This setup offers the Ramcharger a total driving range of up to 690 miles with a full battery and full tank. Charging for the Ramcharger is provided by either a Level 1 or Level 2 EV charger. A cross between the gas-powered core Ram 1500 and the all-electric Ram REV, the Ramcharger borrows design elements from both, such as the upgraded 'RAM' emblem on the grille from the REV, while the headlights are borrowed from the reshaped headlights of the traditional 2025 Ram 1500.

The Ram ProMaster Electric Van (EV) is another one of Ram's all-electric vehicles. It uses a 110-kWh battery pack along with a 200-kW electric drive module. This gives the ProMaster EV an impressive 268 horsepower and 302 lb-ft of torque. Meanwhile, the ProMaster EV gets a total driving range of up to 172 miles. The ProMaster EV comes with two configurations, allowing drivers to choose the van that best suits their driving needs. Ram announced that the ProMaster EV will be available in a total of five variants, the first two being the delivery and cargo variants. The first ProMaster EV variant is the delivery configuration. Now available for ordering, the ProMaster EV delivery variant features a rear roll-up door for simple loading and unloading. Meanwhile, the delivery variant also features a sliding pocket door, making frequent exits and entrances easier while making deliveries. This variant offers a 2,030-pound maximum payload capacity. The cargo variant comes with either a 12- or 13-foot cargo area, both of which sit on a 159-inch wheelbase. The cargo variant offers a 3,020-pound payload capacity.
