With the Ram 1500 Revolution BEV Concept, drivers will be provided a stunning vision of their ultimate pickup truck and a glimpse into the future of Ram trucks. The exterior design team at Ram has put together an ultra-modern concept that will portray heroic strength while being environmentally responsible. The exterior design of the Ram 1500 BEV is both brutal and beautiful, with an animated and modernized RAM badge that adorns the all-new face of Ram while also featuring a LED "tuning fork" design. The doors have been entirely redesigned in what looks like a grand saloon-style opening that showcases its massive space. The bright LED lights have been integrated cleverly into the front bumper flairs, and advancements in lighting are fully highlighted by the fully animated LED taillamps and badging. Continuing with Ram's tradition as an off-road leader, the RAM 1500 Revolution BEV also adds skid plates and new pivoting tow hooks that can sit flush. Continuing the innovation, this new Ram 1500 BEV has a front trunk, also known as a frunk, with one-touch open-and-close functionality. Other powered features include a powered charge-port door on the driver's side front quarter panel, a powered tailgate, flush-mounted door handles, powered side steps, and a powered rear step with an active diffuser.

The Ram 1500 BEV is known as a "one-space environment" with continuous space from back to front, enabling many different interior combinations. This theme of a "one-space environment" is bolstered by a new internal layout that provides a more spacious interior and greater cabin length due to the new architecture, while the battery size allows for more cargo volume. In addition, Ram Track, Ram's rail attachment/floor track system, provides drivers and passengers with the seats and console and usable tie-downs for other storage potential. Ram Track has also been incorporated into the frunk and the bed, allowing for more flexibility. New for the Ram 1500 BEV are third-row jump seats with a removable lower section for placement in the bed or outside the vehicle so you can store more items. For tech, there is a full touchscreen display comprising two screens to give drivers 28 inches of total screen space. The lower display has three different positions depending on the task, including minimal view, extended view, and full-screen view, while the upper screen can slide on the rail attachment. The rearview mirror is packed with various sophisticated technologies, such as an intelligent backup camera with 360-degree views, speakers, and receivers compatible with voice assistants like Alexa and Siri. Digital side-view mirrors, augmented reality, and head-up displays highlight the advanced onboard technology.

There is more advanced tech to be had with the Ram 1500 BEV, which will give you a fully connected customer experience and advanced mobility features that deliver confidence for hardworking people no matter what they are working on. Some of these unique technology features include a Vehicle Personal Assistant, an artificial intelligence-powered virtual assistant that enhances in-vehicle and exterior user interaction. Also, voice control enables the Ram 1500 Revolution BEV to follow commands from the owner while outside the vehicle, including closing the windows, playing music, taking a picture, and "follow me" with Shadow Mode that automatically allows the vehicle to automatically follow the driver walking ahead of the vehicle. Other advanced tech features include intelligent trip planning with My Day, Cabin Mode, which allows you to access all the features in the cabin at once, an intelligent storage app that will determine if certain objects can fit in your vehicle, and advanced camera and sensor systems.

With the Ram 1500 BEV Concept, you get a standard all-wheel-drive. The entire vehicle is powered by two electric drive modules positioned toward the vehicle's front and rear, maximizing interior space and enabling the huge frunk. The Ram 1500 Revolution BEV Concept can add 100 miles of range in approximately 10 minutes with 800-volt DC fast charging up to 350 kW. Ram also added to the innovation with the new indicative robot charger that makes home charging as easy as possible. It will also detect the vehicle's presence and assessing needs, automatically moving into position and aligning itself under the vehicle. The smart-charge capability will allow charging during an off-peak time, providing drivers with more peace of mind. In addition, the Ram 1500 BEV features four-wheel steering with up to 15 degrees of articulation and is designed to offer greater vehicle maneuverability while parking at low speed on tight off-road trails and increases the vehicle's steering response during highway speeds.
